Hang-a-ma-jigs is very proud of our products and we have taken cautious steps to ensure the product's safety standards. The materials provided are made of lightweight materials for ease of use, visual satisfaction and minimal injury. The customer assumes all responsibility for the product and its hardware upon acceptance of delivery.

Furthermore, please be aware that colors on your computer screen will vary from the actual product. Although our product images are high resolution, your computer's screen's color composition and balance affects how images are seen on screen.

At Hang-a-ma-jigs we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely and in a timely fashion. All items are shipped via Federal Express. Shipping and handling are as follows to anywhere in the continental United States (all rates subject to change without notice):

  FedEx Priority Overnight (next day by 10am) $90.00  
  FedEx Standard Overnight (next day by 4:30pm) $80.00  
  FedEx 2Day (Two days by 7pm) $60.00  
  FedEx Express Saver (Three days by 7pm) $40.00  
  FedEx Ground Delivery (5-10 days by 8pm) $10.00

Standard Delivery

Most freight companies provide curbside or garage delivery only. We have negotiated for our delivery agents to place your item(s) just inside the main threshold of your home for your convenience. Select companies, however, prefer to have only their authorized carriers deliver their products. As a result, some items can be delivered only to your door or garage instead of to your threshold. We will make every effort to notify you at the time of order placement what type of delivery options are available to you for each item of your order.

Damages and Claims

Hang-a-ma-jigs takes great pride in carefully packing our creations to ensure safe transport to your home. Although these items were packaged with great care at the time of shipment, in some instances transit-related damage may occur. It is imperative that you thoroughly inspect your order when it arrives. Take time to note any damage to your item and/or the packing materials. Make these notes on the delivery receipt. DO NOT sign the shipping documents without recording any and all details of transit damage. For example: The box is crushed on the top corner / punctured / wet; The product is scratched / dented / cracked, etc. Taking the time to inspect your item(s) upon arrival will greatly assist us in helping you later with your claim, if necessary.

Should you find after signing for your shipment that there were hidden damages caused by the freight company, please save all packing materials to assist us in filing your claim with the freight company. It will be much more difficult to prove mishandling of your order without the packaging present.

If upon inspection you find that your merchandise is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Damages must still be reported to Hang-a-ma-jigs at the time of delivery by calling us at 210.823.0203. Hang-a-ma-jigs will be unable to assist you in repair or replacement of damaged merchandise if it is not thoroughly inspected and documented as described above.

Hang-a-ma-jigs must charge 7.25% sales tax on all merchandise purchased in the State of Texas.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Hang-a-ma-jigs purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of the receipt of the item. The product must be in perfect condition, unused and resellable. We will issue a refund or exchange upon approval of our Customer Service Department.

We will be glad to send you a replacement kit if there is a defect such as missing panels or scratches.

To return an item, you may either call Customer Service at 210.823.0203 or e-mail us at contact@hangamajigs.com with the following information within 14 business days of the receipt of your order:

  • Order Number
  • Product Number and/or Product Name
  • Reason for return
  • Specify one of the following: replacement, exchange, or refund.

Our Customer Service Department will offer instructions on how and where to send the returned item.

Please remember that all returned products must be in "like new" condition with all packing materials, manuals, and registration card(s), if applicable. We will issue a full refund only if the item meets these criteria. All returns will be inspected upon arrival to determine condition and, upon approval, issued a refund for the full product cost. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If a returned product is found to be in less than "like new" condition, or is returned outside of the 10 business day window, we will document reasons for declining the refund and return the product to sender.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred by a returned item. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post for return shipments.
